Andy is responsible for the direction and strategy of Prima Capital. This includes originating and structuring real estate investments.
Prior to founding the company, Andy spent six years as a regulated fund manager at Long Harbour managing a European long income real estate strategy. He has prior experience working in real estate debt advisory, and investment management.
Andy received an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a BA (Hons) in Management with Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham.
Zirong Pan

Zirong has responsibility for financial analysis, due diligence and asset management activities.
Prior to joining Prima Capital, Zirong worked at Rothesay for five years on commercial real estate backed investments and previously in the real estate division of Goldman Sachs.
Zirong received an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School.
